The Kettlebell Snatch With The 32kg today Was Intense!
Am working on improving my overall strength/endurance. The 32kg (70.4 lb) bell was feeling a little lighter today. I rapidly reeled off a combination of 1o overhead snatches (5 each arm) for 4 sets super-setting it with 10 deadlifts with 135lb. I cut my rest time to about 2 minutes between sets. This was the first phase of a three part workout. I thought my heart was going to come out of my chest and bounce around on the ground in front of me! If you want to kick your workout up a notch try including this little combination into your workout.
