I started this website to embark on a journey to help inform you about the absolute best tactics for physical training in sports, fitness, and general recreation. I have always been interested in the human body and the pursuit of strength in it's many forms. I am a firm believer in one having to have "Mental Toughness" in order to achieve his or her strength and fitness goals. I don't like whiners and excuse makers, but I love people who have HEART! I think that a lot of people in this day and age have gotten a bit soft in terms of their mental toughness and I want to try to change that.
