A Vicious Kettlebell Circuit!

I think we both can agree that kettlebell training is a hard-hitting choice when it comes to getting a good workout. Well, training in the form of a circuit with this kettlebell workout is no different.

The following kettlebell workout is what I like to refer to as the vicious circuit. It involves a combination and variation of swings, cleans, and snatches to get your blood pumping. To begin, you will need to have a pair of moderately heavy bells of equal weight. Every exercise will include 5 repetitions. Start by performing a duel clean bringing the bells to your chest. Bring the bells from the ground to your chest for each repetition. When you finish your first 5 reps simply transition into doing push-up rows off of the two bells.

This is where you perform a push-up off of the bells and row one to your ribcage then perform a another push-up to row the other side to your ribcage. Complete 5 of these on each side. Next, immediately pop-up to your feet to perform 5 duel bell swings. After your fifth swing simply transition from the sixth swing into a series of 5 duel bell overhead snatches! When you complete the snatches you have concluded the first round of the vicious circuit. Try to complete 3 full rounds of this circuit and strictly manage your rest time between cycles.

If you include this little series into your personal program you will quickly see the pounds melt away! Weight-loss and getting fit will never come so fast! Train hard and give it a try my friends.

The Power of the Kettlebell - A Description of This Awesome Strength and Conditioning Device!

You may have already heard about the infamous strength training device called the kettlebell. However, as much as I use this tool and teach people I am amazed at how many people are oblivious as to what this strength training tool actually is. I work very hard to break down false barriers about exercise and fitness and the kettlebell is an awesome tool that I love to use to help me do this outside of just being a hand held weight.

If you have not seen this particular device of fat destruction and muscle construction, as I like to describe it, then it basically resembles an iron cannonball with a handle attached to it. The very design is unique because no matter how you hold the bell it is always pulling away from your center of gravity. You constantly have to wrestle with this iron ball just to keep it near your body. This act of fighting against the pull away is what makes this device so special. I also tell people that it is a fantastic tool that forces us to utilize nearly every muscle in our body to stabilize and move the weight. The type of artistic and dynamic movement that goes into lifting this weight is highly beneficial for us and really gives us a crash course in the true function and mechanical capability of our bodies. Nothing that you will ever do will compare to working out with the kettlebell. It will undoubtedly take your workouts and strength to all new heights!

So if you want to know more about this gruesome device then I can help you out. There are plenty more free articles that I have written for you to access right here. Start learning to train with this powerful hand held gym right now!

Kettlebell Impact! The 2 For 1 Workout

So what does the phrase 2 for 1 mean? Well its pretty simple actually. It basically means that you can get 2 services or 2 products of some kind for the price of one. Well this is basically what the kettlebell does for your personal strength and fitness program. You can get the benefits of bone crushing strength, as well as, the cardiovascular conditioning of a horse in one single workout! You are getting the benefits of both fitness characteristics at the same time.

The beauty of the kettlebell is that it is all about helping you to obtain massive results in many areas of your physiology. By using this device competently you can achieve amazing resiliency which is a trait that is essential in making your body tough. You are able to withstand more punishment of any kind with a reduced risk of inheriting an injury. Your muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments become stronger. This is where training with kettlebells goes far beyond the workout that you can achieve in some health club on a machine. The nice shiny machine in the health club is pretty to look at, but you don't get the body of a Greek God or Goddess by taking that route. The truth is that the iron bell actually gives you more than a 2 for 1 kind of a deal as it relates to your health and fitness. You actually obtain all qualities that relate to fitness from this killer device. In other words, you gain in multiple areas of your physical capabilities concerning strength, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, resiliency, lean muscle mass, and overall athletic performance.

This awesome deal is much more than a 2 for 1 kind of a deal. It is more like a 6 for 1 kind of a deal! I think you get what I am saying. Don't sell yourself short. If you allow yourself the time to learn and utilize the resources around you then you can gain the benefits of all of these physical traits that were mentioned.

The Kettlebell - The Tool For Correcting Problematic Asymmetries

MBody Strength Kettlebell Boot Camp by mbodystrengthTHIS PHOTO IS MOVING - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR LINKS. by jessica~

Have you ever been to the gym to see these guys that have a huge upper-body, but a pair of toothpicks for legs? Maybe you've seen guys who spend every workout doing primarily one particular lift like the bench press as seen with your typical gym rats! Well I want to take the time to explain the importance of symmetry, and how the kettlebell is a great tool for achieving this.

The Problem: To start, many people don't consider necessarily what they are doing when they go to workout. They don't properly address their individual weaknesses in their workouts. This is a common theme with most because they don't have a clear understanding of the human body and how it works. By now you know that I have broken down the push and pull as the two primary movements of the human body. I also like to execute both of these movements in either 2 separate lifts or a singular complex lift with the kettlbell that covers both. The problem with not executing both a push and pull dynamic is that if the body develops asymmetries then there will be a mismatch in the overall function of the muscles, and eventually this could result in an injury.

The Solution: To make sure that your strength and conditioning program is effective enough for you to pass the "eyeball contest" is one thing, but making sure that you can also feel strong and healthy is just as important. You must always vary your workouts to include a variety of exercises that serve completely different purposes. Variety can be as much as never repeating the same workout ever! Though this is somewhat very creative and challenging the benefits far outweigh the negative costs. Make sure that you alternate movements of push and pull with every exercise that you do. Also make sure you engage in very dynamic lifts (like the kettlebell one-arm turkish getup) that incorporate many muscles and move the body through every plain of motion.

This will definitely provide you with a much more functional and less injured body!

The Benefits of Kettlebell Training For Football Players!

110307 UGA_players_kl by Kelly M. LambertExcessive Celebration by s22dawg

I have written about the importance of gaining both optimal strength and conditioning when it comes to athletics and the general population. If you are a serious football player then you truly understand the importance of mental and physical toughness in terms of off-season preparation. If you don't properly prepare yourself then you will get hurt. Its that simple! This article is an explanation of why the inclusion of the iron bell is important in the scope of your off-season preparation.

To begin, the kettlebell is not just a strength tool or just a conditioning tool, it can be both! This is the beauty of this hand held gym. You can structure a program to include a kettlebell to achieve more power, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and overall performance. It is the most dynamic tool that I know of when it comes to getting the body ready for whatever lies ahead! Bold men make bold statements, so here I go. You and your athletic program are doing YOU a disservice if kettlebell training is not allowed into your regular program. Kettlebell workouts for football strength training fit perfectly into the mold of the football players athletic domain. You can generate huge explosive power, flexibility, resiliency, and overall conditioning to withstand the perils of the long season.

If you don't know about my strength culture, then continue reading my other articles on training and body conditioning. The iron bell will be the edge you need to take your season to the next level!

Kettlebell-Plyometric Combo - One Evil System of Total-Body Power!

Check out the air - Mark by Simi Valley Boot CampAmber working HARD at hurdles by Simi Valley Boot Camp

I have written many articles on kettlebells and kettlebell training. I have also done as much about plyometrics. This particular article is going to be an informative piece on both awesome training options.

To begin, I want to say that between performing kettlbell lifts and executing plyometric drills an individual with an agenda can transform his or her body into one amazing athletic piece of work! I want to talk about a method of how to combine the two training variables into a hard-hitting workout. This can be done many different ways. I only want to address a couple of methods in which you can take and put your own spin on it, or modify it the way you want it to fit your program.

One way to combine both methods is to superset the two exercises. For this you will want to execute a kettlebell exercise and then immediately without rest execute your plyometric drill. You will find this method to be hugely effective. A second method would be to execute almost a circuit or mini-obstacle course of physical torture. This method could be set up with as many exercises as you like with you alternating between kettlebell and plyometric drills. This way you go from one thing to the next in a continuous circuit. This way you get huge development from lifting with the kettlebell and then explosive movement from hitting the plyometric drill. You will also obtain insane conditioning from this training method!

There is no doubt that your cardiovascular conditioning, strength, and overall fitness will be significantly developed from a plan like this one. Put this into action and quickly learn why it is one evil system of total-body power!

Women's Fitness - The Kettlebell is the Perfect Gentlemen That Isn't So Gentle!

If you are a woman that is looking for that perfect workout date and don't mind some tough love then the kettlebell will make your dreams come true! Although your roles will have to somewhat be reversed because he certainly isn't going to pick you up for the date. You'll be responsible for that part. He also won't open doors for you, but he sure is capable of dinging them up. When its all over with you may even be a little mad at him, but just like most intriguing guys you might even want to give it another "Swing!"

If you are even somewhat familiar with kettlebell training then you know that the "Swing" I am talking about is one that is more challenging than any second date you've ever been on. It is the base lift of the bell and will tighten your thighs, hips, and legs more than anything you have ever done before. The funny thing is that this kettlebell can take a woman's breath away quicker than James Bond was ever capable of doing with any of his admiring vixens. You can also expect a tremendous amount of weight-loss due to the strain of the relationship, but the funny thing is that even Dr. Phil would classify it as a healthy courtship. I know that this all sounds like he is a bit rough around the edges, but I know that you will fall in love with him in the end.

All in all, you don't ever have to worry about him not complimenting you on how your legs and stomach look in certain outfits because he will make sure that you will receive plenty of those from everyone else. He's not jealous at all. He's the perfect exercise date and the perfect gentleman that isn't so gentle!
