So if you are a woman wanting a hard body then the double arm kettlebell swing is for you! By now you may be familiar with the ancient kettlebell and know that this device has molded some of the finest bodies on the planet for over three centuries. The kettlebell is basically an iron cannonball with a handle attached to it and the base lift to execute with it is known as the double arm swing. Ladies this is no fad and I am here to tell you that you need to get introduced to this ancient bad boy.
To begin, the double arm swing incorporates hundreds of your muscles at once and is one very exerting cardio exercise that enables your body to burn calories at a very rapid rate. This is the number one cardio exercise for hard hitting fat loss. To execute the swing begin by picking it up off of the ground from between your feet with both arms. Make sure that your feet are about shoulder width apart. From here you must execute a technique in kettlebell training known as the hip snap. The hip snap is performed by you having to constantly and fluently flex and extend at both your hips and knees to build the momentum to swing the bell. As you swing the bell it descends down between your legs and arcs up to your chest or eye level. This cardio strength exercise is quick to get you breathing hard so be ready for it. For a first attempt try to execute 30 to 40 swings per set with a moderately heavy bell. After doing this it won't be long before your cardio surpasses even your own expectations!
If you were looking for the best cardio exercise to burn fat then you found it! Remember that anyone can train hard ladies, but only the best train smart. Give it a try.
