Weight Loss - Is There an Easy Way to Lose Weight and Get Fit?

Ok, I'm just going to come right out and say it again people. Weight-loss and fitness ARE NOT things you can BUY! They are things you have to EARN! The truth is that there is no easy way to lose weight and get a fit hard body. You have to put the necessary time in to get the necessary results in weight-loss, fitness, and strength!

I am sick and tired of hearing people whine and complain about not losing weight, yet they don't train their bodys' to lose weight. They don't eat the right foods to lose weight. So they go and buy some "magic pill" to help them with their weight problem. More times than not the pill may help them shed a couple of pounds, but the catch is that they are not good for your health and generally when they run out of their supply they end up gaining all of the weight back. These people are lazy. They can't even commit to taking the stupid pill long enough to get the results, but the truth is they shouldn't be taking the stupid pill to begin with. Get off of your lazy butt and move around. Move around a lot. Move around often. After you get in the groove of moving then move around while dragging a weight. Just do something! Stop wasting your time, health, and abusing the healthcare system for people like me and my clients who want to be intrinsically motivated fitness enthusiast. You have a choice. You can either choose to improve yourself or choose not to improve yourself. There is no grey area.

I am used to going off on people and if you are reading this article and know what kind of people I am talking about then please go off on them too! If you are not sure whether you should express an opinion like mine with the person you know then I want you to ask yourself a simple question: Would that person benefit from you NOT saying anything to them? Think about it!

If You Are Looking to Lose Weight Then Start Here!

Weight-loss seems to be a major topic for many people these days. Everywhere I look I see some ad about the next best diet, weight-loss pill, or exercise device that is going to get me a pair of six pack abs and get it fast. Well, the truth is that I already have a six pack set of abs and it never came at the result of any pill! It takes discipline, consistency, and an efficient strength and conditioning program.

The fact is that you can forget about all of those ads. You may wonder then why should I listen to you Brandon and not all of those other people. I'll tell you why. The reason is that right now I'm not selling you anything. I'm GIVING you information completely free of charge. Not just any information, but information from an expert that has had many years of experience and education in the business of building bodies for both athletes and the hardcore fitness enthusiast. Just trust me on this one. I know what I'm talking about!

If you are going to lose any weight and achieve any noticeable result worth talking about to your friends and family you have to have a startup plan. If you are not use to exercising then just simply get in the habit of getting off of the couch and moving around. Don' t worry about what you should or shouldn't be doing, just do it! Of course, don't be stupid and try something that could injure you, but besides that get busy. Start by walking, jumping rope, doing push-ups, light jogging, or carrying a heavy sandbag around in your front yard. Remember that you don't have to be fancy and be the "guru" on training, you just need to have the proper motivation and attitude on fitness for you to get the results. The sooner you get started the better. Once you get in the habit of starting up then you can worry about fine-tuning your training to get faster results. Start this way, then you can ask me about starting with the kettlebells!

A Weight-Loss, Fat-Loss, and Fitness Plan of Action For Women!

Ladies, for this article I have included an absolute weight-loss, fat-loss, and fitness plan of action for you to follow in order to get in the best shape possible! Now to be up front I am not going to give you a "workout plan," but rather give you an outline of rules to follow and apply to the structure of your exercise program.

Remember that to be effective is to not waste time. In order to achieve an optimal level of fitness and to knock off those love handles you have got to be efficient in your training. One way to ensure this is to keep moving during your workout. In order to keep moving during your workout make sure to incorporate super-sets. A super-set is where you complete a set or timed round of one exercise and then immediately without rest transition into a different exercise. An example of this would be to complete a set of push-ups and then immediately jump to your feet to complete a set of squats!

Another effective rule to consider for speeding up your fat-loss campaign is to engage in multi-joint lifts or exercises rather than single-joint lifts. An example of a single-joint lift would be a leg extension. The only joint moving during this exercise is the knee joint. Because of this the quadriceps (your thighs) are more isolated and are restricted from having to incorporate other muscles in your legs such as your glutes (butt) and hamstrings (muscles that run from your butt to the back of your knee). Instead of engaging in lifts such as a leg extension to strengthen your legs perform lifts such as kettlebell swings, squats, or deadlifts. These are multi-joint lifts (with both the hip and knee performing the action) and gets those other muscles that I mentioned as being neglected in the leg extension performing in this movement. This will help you to achieve a greater level of strength and get you into a fat-burning stage a lot quicker! Train hard ladies and enjoy.
