What Are the Best Workouts For Abs?

Abs by Ozrider

So what are the best workouts for abs? Well friend I am pleased to tell you about the kettlebell swing! This is no gimmick. As you may know the kettlebell is an ancient strength and conditioning device that has been around for over three centuries and has been field tested and proven by world strongmen and athletes all over the world.

If you are serious about tuning your body up to lose weight fast then you will love the kettlebell swing. This single exercise involves hundreds of your muscles working at once in order to perform the single task of swinging the kettlebell in an arc like fashion back and forth from between your legs up to your chest. Lose the love handles and your frustrations with this single exercise my friends.

The swing is properly performed by you performing a technique known as the hip snap. This is done by you having to fluently and consistently flex and extend at both your hips and knees. This motion allows you to create the necessary momentum to effectively swing the iron cannonball. With this single motion you are forced to tense every muscle running from your shoulders and arms all the way down through your abdominal wall and core muscles. After first attempting this particular lift you will quickly see just how exerting it can be. You immediately understand how you gain both tremendous muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and know for sure that you are burning calories at an insane rate!

Kettlebell swings are definitely the best way for you or anybody to gain a pack of six pack abs! You have got to take the time to learn the proper technique first. Once you do you are well on your way to losing that belly and fat abs! Train hard, but train smart my friend.
