Garage Torture - The Best Cardio Workout For You to Do at Home With No Equipment!

If you are looking for a workout to do without the necessity of equipment then listen up. I have included here a body weight circuit that is certain to be the best fat burning cardio workout for you perform right in your garage.
Before you begin your garage torture make sure that an area is cleared out enough for you to move around. Remember that there are two forms of cardio. There is aerobic cardio (which means with oxygen) and anaerobic cardio (which means without oxygen). For the purpose of this workout I am going to have you implement the latter. Anaerobic cardio is much more intense, gets your heart rate jacked, and sheds those unwanted sagging fat pounds much quicker than aerobic exercise.

Start the circuit by implementing a set of thrusting push ups. This is done by you getting into an upright push up position and performing a normal push up with a twist. As soon as you come back up to the top of the movement of the push up thrust your knees up underneath your body and immediately kick your feet back until you are once again in an upright push up position to perform another push up. Continue this movement back and forth for 10 repetitions. After you complete the tenth rep immediately transition into doing 10 burpees. This is done by simply adding a stand up between each thrusting kick of your legs. Once you complete 10 of these immediately stand up and perform a series of 10 body weight squats.

Finally, when you complete the tenth body weight squat immediately transition into doing 10 squat jumps. This concludes the first round of garage torture! Permit yourself 3 minutes of rest and repeat the process for 2 more rounds!

This series of anaerobic cardio workout exercises will give you amazing cardiovascular fitness! This is no doubt the best cardio workout you can possibly do at home without equipment. Remember that anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart.
