Weight-loss and fat-loss seem to be the big focus of most people these days. In order to truly win this battle there is only one path. It doesn't involve some magical pill or miracle diet that will take the weight off in 2 weeks. It takes your "Iron Will" to push yourself to make the change. The following 2 exercises that I have included here will help you to do just that.

1. Duel Kettlebell Squats: For this drill you will need the availability of 2 moderately heavy kettlebells. To begin, set the bells between your feet. Perform a squat and clean the bells to your chest. Now the key to getting the most out of this particular drill is to make sure that your technique is sound and that your range of motion is complete. When properly cleaning the bells to your chest your arms you be tucked firmly into your torso just off-centered to your abdomen. From here when you squat you can ensure a full range of motion by allowing your elbows to touch the insides of your knee caps at the bottom of the squat. This is how you will know that your form is sound and that you have achieved a good range of motion.

2. Kettlbell Clean And Reverse Lunge: For this drill you will only need a single moderately heavy kettlebell. Set the bell on the ground between your feet. Perform a squat and clean the bell to your chest. From here you will want to perform a reverse lunge by stepping back with the same leg on the side that you are holding the kettlebell. For instance, if you clean the bell with your right arm then you will want to step back with your right leg. Make sure that you keep your body balanced and that your knee just touches the ground. Don't "crash" your knee to the ground only touch the ground. This is a great drill to step up the intensity of your kettlebell fitness. You will effectively increase your cardiovascular and core fitness by performing these movements in continuous cycles with the kettlebell. Keep training hard by including these drills into your regimen and watch your metabolism incinerate the fat!
